QMS Service engineers have unrivalled expertise in the on site repair and maintenance of your crushing & screening plants. From the smallest cone crusher to the largest primary gyratory crushers, QMS have the experience. QMS routinely carry out scheduled manganese liner changes for all of the UK's major quarrying groups and independents.
Manufacturing Facilities
As QMS has matured it has continuously developed its machining tools to improve both quality and output. QMS have an extensive range of machines which together enable all turning, milling, cutting and boring operations required for the manufacture of high quality UK made crusher spares. Each machine has dramatically increased efficiency whilst improving accuracy and increased capacilities.
QMS's latest machine is a Doosan Puma 700LM Mill Turn Centre. The Puma is the most powerful machine in its class; designed for heavy and interrupted cutting, holding long term accuracies, and maintaining superior finishes. High metal removal rates along with rapid positioning and high speed turret indexing, guarantee unmatched cycle times when real performance is essential.
Health & Safety Matters!
QMS service personnel are fully trained with appropriate certification including; Safety passports, management of lifting operations, welding procedures, compressed gases, access platforms, LGV class C+E, Knuckle boom (Hiab) operation.
Full method statements and risk assessments are prepared for every job undertaken. Insurance certificates, equipment test certificates are all provided.
