all backed by the best after sales service available. The crusher is sized to compete directly with the HP200 and H3800.
The B3 Crusher comes packaged with Complete Crusher Control (C3). C3 controls all aspects of the B3’s operation. Utilising;
remote touch screen operation, process control, real time monitoring of all parameters, and
event logging.
The B3 utilises its 160Kw motor equivalent to 215 horsepower.

QMS installed a B3 Crusher at a UK Sand and Gravel site which was previously running two H36 Crushers (one coarse, one fine) in tandem to produce the spread of stone required. The superior performance of the
B3 crusher means the site is now able to produce the majority of its stone on one crusher, reducing the time spent running two crushers by around 80%. The number of relines being carried out on the remaining 36H has been cut dramtically due to the increased productivity of the B3, giving further savings for the site.
Running for 9 hours a day, crushing 165 tons of
stone an hour this installation highlights the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the B3.
